| How will my meat be packed? | |
| All meat will be delivered to you in special food grade temperature controlled boxes. These boxes are capable of keeping food safely for up to 48 hours. All fresh meat will be vacuum sealed in the pack sizes listed. This maintains freshness and allows you to use goods straight away or pack up into smaller portions for freezing. | |
| Vacuum packs can sometimes alter the colour of your meat, particularly beef. This is perfectly normal and rest assured that your meat is perfectly fine; it will regain its natural colour once opened. | |

Who will deliver my meat and when? |
|
| Your meat will be delivered by either of our couriers – FedEx or City Link – on our standard next working day by 6pm service, or if you’re local to us in Waltham Cross then it may be one of us. All orders received by 12pm on Wednesday will be sent on Thursday for delivery to you by 6pm on Friday. | |
| Any instructions as to where you would like your order to be left (if you are going out) can be put in the special instructions box on our order form. Saturday delivery is available but their is an additional charge of £10 for this service. | |
| Delivery is available to all of the UK mainland except areas of the Scottish Highlands. Postcodes that we are unable to deliver to are as follows: IV3-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20 – PA40, PH19-PH40 and PH50. | |

What is the minimum order? |

| Our minimum order value is £50 plus the £15 delivery charge. All orders over £100 are subject to a delivery fee of £5. | |

How do I make payment? |

| Payments can be made by debit or credit cards through the secure payment processing services of Google Checkout or PayPal. | |
